Qigong class is ongoing every tuesday at 9:00 until July 19th

Fee: 120rmb/class, 800/8classes 

According to Five Element System in TCM, these gentle Qigong exercises work on the internal organs of the body to balance and to strengthen the energy wind traveling throughout the body.   These simple exercises will do wonders on the body and mind.  It is very beneficial for all age groups.
