 We do “Sivananda Hatha Yoga” to protect your spine. Our classes focus on breath, movement and awareness as ways to improve energy, mental and emotional focus, and physical health. Monday is for week begin, so more nice stretch and Wednesday is for challenging.

Nia Class is ongoing every Thursday at 9:00 until July 14th  
Fee:  RMB100/class, 500/6 classes-
Nia is a stress-busting, conditioning and healing workout that masterfully blends 3 martial arts, 3 dance arts and 3 healing arts together for an hour of joyful fun, mindful bliss, and serious sweat all to fantastic music. Nia takes the "work" completely out of workout and delivers a sweaty and soulful class that conditions your body and your life like nothing else.  All welcome to join the fun and find out why everyone is wagging their tails!
